Formepiane’s research develops from a visual vocabulary of hand-drawn geometries, recurring signs and organic forms, combined and reinterpreted into changing compositions that can be applied to different surfaces.
The studio works across hand screen printing, digital printing, patchwork, appliqué and quilting, adapting techniques, colors and materials to each project.
