These terms and conditions ("the Terms") apply to your use of this website (the "Website"). By accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy and Cookies policy. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms you may not use or access this Website. If you do use the Website, your conduct indicates that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Formepiane reserves the right to modify this Privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the Website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this Website and your continued use of the Website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms.

We require that all purchases be made by adult individuals 18 years of age or older. Each time you purchase a product on this site, you are representing to Formepiane that you are an individual 18 years of age or older. We cannot prohibit minors visiting this site. We rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 18 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view/purchase. If you are under 18, you must use this site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
On www.formepiane.com only products with the brand Formepiane are offered for sale. The products are designed directly by Formepiane.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

PRICE
All our prices are indicated in Euros (€). The prices that are applied are the prices figuring on the site www.formepiane.com at the time when the order is placed.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before, but not after, we accept your order.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

ORDER PROCESS
To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

When you place an order with us online you will be taken through a secure checkout process and up to the point at which you click on confirm order on the final page of the checkout process you are able to add/amend/delete any items that you have placed in your basket.

Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

Where an order form exists, we will request information from the user as required. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name, delivery address, telephone number) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Please note that the products may have a production time if it’s not currently in stock. The average production time is 3 weeks, this will be confirmed via mail after the purchase.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
You can pay using Paypal as payment method.
Click Check out with PayPal and you will be redirected to a PayPal secure page to confirm your order.
In the event of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the number of the credit / debit card or the expire date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to the secure payment gateway of Paypal. Furthermore, such information will never be used by Formepiane except to complete the procedure for your purchase and to issue the relative refunds in the event of any return of the products, according to your right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report the police commission any eventual fraud on www.formepiane.com

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Milan, Italy, and are all fulfilled by curiers.
Orders placed after 7am cst on Friday will process the following Monday. We're not responsible for courier shipping delays. Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. Our couriers do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed online typically arrive within 7/10 business days from the date when the shipping is confirmed. In the event of a delay, you will be noticed by e-mail.

Shipping costs start from 10€ for Italy. The exact shipping costs for Europe and other countries are calculated at the checkout page. There is also the possibility to pickup products without additional cost from our warehouse in Milan.

If a package is returned to Italy because the buyer did not claim it, Formepiane doesn’t send replacements.
If you would like to request a return, please first send us an email to info@formepiane.com with your order number.

Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization will be given to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.

The cost for returning the package to us for both returns and exchanges is on the customers own expense.

Formepiane is able to deliver your Goods to certain countries in EU. Please note that on delivery third parties carriers may need to obtain a signature from you. If a signature is required, our carriers will not be able to deliver Goods without such signature.
When you have selected the Goods that you wish to purchase from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address associated with your Card. However, should you wish to send the Goods to an alternative address, then you can enter this in the delivery address form as you proceed through the checkout process.

We make every effort to deliver Goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Formepiane shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Goods within the estimated timescales.
Risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to you at the time the Goods are delivered.
Shipping times may vary depending on the product purchased. Several items are available and ready for shipment, while others are made-to-order or handmade so they require more time to be shipped. Formepiane will keep you informed about the availability of the product.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

According to third parties policies, when your Goods have been dispatched for delivery then you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your goods are on their way. The email will also contain details of how you can track your Order with third parties carrier.

RETURNS 
Formepiane has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 working days following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.) and according to the following shipping conditions.

The delivery charge is non-refundable and unless otherwise agreed between us, you must pay for the costs of return of the Goods to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once you have submitted your request, return instructions will be sent to you within 72 hours. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender.

If you would like to return any Goods to us please send us an email to info@formepiane.com with your email address and order number. The value of the returned Goods at the time of purchase will be refunded in full. If you wish to receive replacement Goods, please order them in the normal way via our Website.
Original shipping costs are non–refundable. Formepiane reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

The website www.formepiane.com is hosted on Squarespace Servers which are based in USA. Squarespace provides Formepiane with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR PRODUCTS
Our pillowcases and table lines are made out of cotton satin (98% cotton, 2% elastane). We want you to enjoy your products for as long as possible. If needed, use water and a sponge to remove any stains immediately. It is safe to wash it in the washing machine, preferably on a delicate setting. We also advise to iron it on the wrong side to protect the drawing.
